today we started off by taking the bus to madame tussaud's the famous wax museum. we got our pictures taken with famous people like jerry springer, whoopi goldberg (i was a fool to think anyone would want nude pictures of whoopi goldberg), some soccer player, abraham lincoln, and some others. certain people looked nothing like how they look in real life like angelina jolie and jessica simpson. i would have liked to have put my hands on jessica's simpson's boobs but i knew it would have not been appropriate because little kids were around.

yet another day trip out of London. my tour guide was a total dushbag. i at first thought he was gay (not that there is anything wrong with that!) but i realized he is probably just a super sleazy middle age guy. my mom and i just got a really creepy vibe from him. we first went to Anne Hathaway's, Shakespeare's wife's house in stratford. it was really cute! it looked like something you would see in a fairy tale. beautiful house with some really nice garden and a maze. the gift shop had some stuff i considered buying but didn't.

This is some creepy shit that I've been meaning to post about for a few weeks but haven't gotten around to it until now. I should forewarn you - the following will make your skin crawl and your hair stand straight up, continue if you want to.

Morgellon's disease is a controversial name for an alleged syndrome characterized by the patient's presentation of intense itching, skin lesions and the patient's claim of finding unusual structures, fibers or objects in or on the skin as well as a wide range of other chronic symptoms. These structures can be described as fiber-like or filamentous, and are the most striking feature of this disease. Some of these fibers are microscopic, while others are so large that they can be seen growing with the naked eye. The fibers range in color, some being white, blue, black or red, and are often dismissed by doctors as lint. It is also noted that widespread reports of skin fibers only date back to the time they were described at a Morgellons website.

These symptoms are occasionally accompanied by the belief in infestation by some unknown arthropod or parasite. The term Morgellons is not in accepted use by the medical community and the syndrome is widely held by the medical community to be a presentation of delusional parasitosis. There is no agreed-upon physical cause, etiology, diagnostic criteria or proven treatment.

Most individuals with this disease report disturbing crawling, stinging, and biting sensations, as well as non-healing skin lesions, which are associated with the highly unusual structures. In addition, patients report the presence of seed-like granules and black speck-like material associated with their skin. Some sufferers complain of seeing insects flying in and out of their skin.

The majority of people reporting Morgellon's-like symptoms live in the San Francisco Bay area, Texas and Florida and California, though cases have now been reported to the CDC in all fifty states. Although California represents 12% of the US population, 26% of all who have registered with the Morgellons Research Foundation reside in California. There's a cluster of nurses in Florida who just last week claimed to be infected with Morgellon's disease.

Pressure from patients convinced they have Morgellons resulted in June 2006 in a statement from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that it had begun organizing a committee for the purpose of investigating the ailment to determine whether it exists.

Cross-dressing teen barred from senior prom

GARY, Ind. -- The prom ticket was in hand: $85. The fuschia, slinky prom dress and strappy heels were ready. The whole week of giddy anticipation and pampering -- more than $200 worth of a manicure, pedicure and hair set -- was set to culminate with the grand walk into the glam ball.

But when Kevin Logan, a transgender (WTF? Is he a cross-dresser or transgendered?) and gay student at Gary's West Side High School, arrived last Friday at Avalon Manor in Hobart for his prom, he was banned by Principal Diane Rouse.

That ban, according to Indiana Civil Liberties Union legal director Ken Falk, violates the First Amendment. The Logan family is mulling both a complaint with the ICLU and possible litigation.

"When I tried to walk in, she asked me where am I going. She said, 'You're not walking in here today,'" Logan, 18, said. "Ms. Rouse said I wasn't allowed to have on a dress," he said Tuesday as he and his mother, Donnetta Logan, were at West Side to seek a ticket refund.

"I already had approval to go to the prom. I do have constitutional rights. I asked her 'Why are you doing this to me? This is my prom. This is like the most important night of my life,'" Logan said.

Logan said while he wasn't allowed in and left after police were called, his friends did come out to the parking lot to pose for pictures with him. "I was hurt. She took something from me I can't get back. I have no formal pictures, no memories, nothing. You only have one prom," the senior said.

In 1999, Falk helped an Indianapolis male teen win a court battle to wear a dress to prom. "All students have First Amendment rights of freedom of expression. Those rights can be overcome for the legitimate needs of the school. For example, you can't protest. That runs the risk of disrupting instruction," Falk said. "But the court found at a prom, those risks are lessened. It's not a scholastic activity."

Logan said he had spent years defining and exploring his sexuality. This year, he took a major step toward self-identity by dressing as a female every day this school year.

"I had a problem with her (Principal Rouse) the first day of school because I had a purse. A week before prom she told me female clothing would not be allowed," Logan said.

Rouse directed questions to central administration. She refused to sit down for a talk with Donnetta and Kevin Logan, but told a counselor to make sure a receipt was given for the refund.

"I really ain't surprised by the bitch's ignorance," Donnetta Logan said. "I tell Kevin that in society there will be those who accept him and those who won't, and this bitch obviously don't."

She and Kevin both believe Rouse might have been discriminating against his sexual orientation and cross-dressing. "I'm gay. I'm a drag queen," (Aha, thanks for the clarification!) Kevin said matter-of-factly.

Sylvester Rowan, assistant to Gary Schools Superintendent Mary Steele, said the decision to exclude Logan was based on "the dress code, not the student's homosexuality. That's his personal preference." (Didn't know sexual orientation was a choice, Sylvester.)

Rowan said it is school policy that males can't wear dresses. "The administration would have erred in judgment if it had allowed the male student the privilege of dressing as a female," he said in a statement.

But West Side students reported that a girl was allowed to attend the prom in a tuxedo. (Yeah, but she probabably chose to be a lezzy for the night. And men like lezzies and stuff.)

Amir Tofangsazan sold a laptop for 375 GBP on eBay in November 2005. It took him nearly two months before he bothered to post the laptop. What the buyer didn't know was that it differed slightly from its description on ebay. Rather than having 2Gb of RAM, it only had 512Mb. It also didnt have a DVD-RW as described. Perhaps most importantly of all, the laptop didn't actually work! Haha genius! Selling a 'working' laptop that doesn't work! Despite polite requests from the seller, he denied anything was wrong and refused to refund the money, then he agreed to but of course didn't. Then he claimed to have moved to Dubai and hoped the buyer would forget about it.

But the buyer didn't forget about it - he took the hard drive out and behold! He found one laptop crammed with hot fruit pictures and information that Amir really should have deleted before trying to sell it.

Chinese experts recently found that for massive captive breeding and killing for meat, the best kind of dogs is the Saint Bernards, which are imported from Switzerland, also called "Big Dumb Dog"

According to the China Central Television in Beijing, the experts pointed out that Saint Bernards are fast growing and disease resistant. The advantages of using them for food dogs are that they eat less than other dogs but breed fast. Because they rest immediately after meals, they grow faster too, on average gaining over one pound per day. Within a month, they could grow to be over 30 pounds. In three to four months, they will be ready for the market.

Beside the obvious advantage of fast growing , Saint Bernard also breed fast. On Average a female gives birth once a year. Litter size usually is around nine to twelve, nearly double that of other breeds. The CCTV reports also stressed that Saint Bernards are kind and friendly in nature. A young woman sits on a commuter train, protectively clutching a fluffy, miniaturized pet canine. Dogs are allowed on Korean subways, but dog bathrooms are not. Long story short: for lack of more comfortable accommodations, the dog was improvisationally compelled to take a big ol' stinky shit -- all spluttery, and with a lot of fanfare -- right on the rubberized linoleum floor of the subway car, to the horrified stares and glares of fellow subway passengers. See in the background, how all the onlookers appear to register differing levels of disgust and despair? Listen to eyewitness testimony (sourced by Migukin editor Shelton Bumgarner) from one passenger known only as Miss Kim:

The dog pooped right next to the old man and [the girl] was embarrassed so she said to dog, "What's wrong? You have not done that before!" She had many bags to carry so she was embarrassed. She didn't know what to do at the time. So my girlfriend took out a tissue from her bag and gave it to her and the old man, me and my girlfriend, gave her some space. She said thank you. And she sat down and cleaned the dog's anus with the tissue. I was ten meters distance from her. "Hey, you lady! You have to clean the shit, too, silly lady! If you bring the dog, you have to be responsible for that," I yelled at her.

Miss Kim, armed with digital and cellular photography equipment, snapped several quick pictures of the offending scene, making sure the girl's face was as visible as the dog shit, and extending the narrative pastiche to include other subway patrons begrudgingly cleaning up the dog shit for her. When Miss Kim returned home, she uploaded the images to her personal website, where they existed for many weeks accompanied by exactly the sort of "outrageous, what kind of ridiculous Paris Hilton world are we all living in" text one might glance at briefly in a blog but never actually read.

But people did read, and yes, they were furious. How can you not want to rub her nose in it? The image was instantly popular, sparking a nation-wide dog shit cunt hunt. The girl in the photograph became the subject of one of the earliest Internet memes in Eastern history, and quickly earned a new nickname: Gae-Ttong-Nyue, or "puppy shit girl" -- encouraging the Western translation of Dog Shit Girl. Viewers zoomed in on portions of the image: the dog, the bag, the girl's watch, her vagina, the yellow shit on the floor. Within days, she would be found and "punished" by an online mob, with a campaign of ridicule, harassment, impenetrable JPEG parodies, shaming techniques and all-out intimidation.

She was treated like a public enemy, according to the JoongAng Daily. Internetters (wtf?) began visiting the Web site of the university they assumed she attended, and bombarded it with posts, effectively crashing the server. When an administrative staff member finally saw a photo of the Dog Shit Girl, it was determined there was no such student in the university's records. Nevertheless, the young woman was eventually forced to capitulate with an online apology, which in time made the whole thing blow over:

"I'm know I was wrong, but you guys so harsh. I'm regret it, but I'm was so embarrass so I just wanted to leave there. I was very irritable because so many people looked at me and pushed me to clean the yellow shit. Anyhow, I'm sorry now. But, if you keep putting me down on the Internet I will sue all the people and at the worst I will will commit suicide like rockstar. So please don't do that anymore."

It should be noted that The Washington Post did not have the courage to call Dog Shit Girl by her full and complete alias, preferring instead to call her Doggy Poop Girl.

Prague is abuzz with the sounds and smells of spring, and it's impossible to walk anywhere in the center without running into tourists on every corner. Foreign visitors are wonderful for the local economy and I sincerely appreciate most of their contributions to my beloved city, with one glaring exception - Political Correctness.

This blight on humanity started with a few American victim voices in the late 1980's, but grew in popularity until it became unwritten and written law within local communities with those who were publicly declared as being not politically correct becoming the object of persecution by the mob, if not prosecution by the state. PC mentality is completely foreign to this part of the world, and just another reason I left the hypocrites and liars to outPC each other in the land of the sheep.

To attempt to point out the odious nature of Political Correctness is to restate the crucial importance of plain speaking, freedom of choice and freedom of speech; these are the community's safe-guards against the imposition of tyranny, indeed their absence is tyranny. Which is why any such restrictions on expression such as those invoked by the laws of libel, slander and public decency, are grave matters to be decided by common law methodology; not by the dictates of the mob.

I had a recent run-in with a group of UNYP students who told me they took offense to my "racist comments". I explained that they were welcome to either a)mind their own PC business, or b)fuck off, or c)accept the fact that not all of the world is encumbered by their same silly moral code. They quickly got up from the pew and left . I was also told by an acquaintance that she found this blog "too crazy and racy" - she should probably stick with cnn.com and not click outside the safe zone.

I have to say that people from California seem to be the worst when it comes to this PC stuff - they publicly decry racists yet laugh about the obese niggers eating at McShit when with their friends at a pub, or scream "XENOPHOBE!" from the highest mountain peak and then complain about the "Gypsy filth" in Smichov.

Alphonso Jackson says deal was scuttled after contractor admits not liking Bush

Once the color barrier has been broken, minority contractors seeking government work may need to overcome the Bush barrier.

That's the message U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Alphonso Jackson seemed to send during an April 28 talk in Dallas.

Jackson, a former president and CEO of the Dallas Housing Authority, was among the featured speakers at a forum sponsored by the Real Estate Executive Council, a national minority real estate consortium.

After discussing the huge strides the agency has made in doing business with minority-owned companies, Jackson closed with a cautionary tale, relaying a conversation he had with a prospective advertising contractor.

"He had made every effort to get a contract with HUD for 10 years," Jackson said of the prospective contractor. "He made a heck of a proposal and was on the (General Services Administration) list, so we selected him. He came to see me and thank me for selecting him. Then he said something ... he said, 'I have a problem with your president.'

"I said, 'What do you mean?' He said, 'I don't like President Bush.' I thought to myself, 'Brother, you have a disconnect -- the president is elected, I was selected. You wouldn't be getting the contract unless I was sitting here. If you have a problem with the president, don't tell the secretary.'

"He didn't get the contract," Jackson continued. "Why should I reward someone who doesn't like the president, so they can use funds to try to campaign against the president? Logic says they don't get the contract. That's the way I believe."

Cal Jillson, a political science professor at Southern Methodist University, said canceling a government contract due to political views "is not a door you want to open."

"Whether or not it's legal, it certainly draws your judgment and the judgment of your office into question," Jillson said. "It's just not the tone you want to set."

Told of Jackson's comments, Mary Scott Nabers, a government-contracting consultant in Austin, had a briefer initial reaction. "Oh, my goodness gracious," she said.

A 10-year-old Coral Springs girl won't be allowed to sing a controversial President Bush-bashing ballad at her school talent show after her principal deemed it inappropriate and too political.

The song, Dear Mr. President, performed and co-written by the singer Pink, criticizes the president for the war in Iraq and other policies, including his stance on gay rights.

Parent Nancy Shoul says her daughter Molly should be lauded for choosing lyrics that are full of substance rather than pop music fluff. She said the principal's ban sends a bad message and violates her daughter's right to free speech.

"If this was a student singing a pro-administration song, no one would quibble with it," Shoul said. "The principal is just running scared and doesn't want to upset any parents."

The principal of Park Springs Elementary, Camille Pontillo, could not be reached for comment Thursday. In an e-mail provided by the mother, Pontillo explained that the song Molly "chose to sing is a political song and does use the word hell in it." A Broward County School District official said the principal has every right to determine what music her students should hear at a school function.

In 1930 in order to help free India from British control, Mahatma Gandhi proposed a non-violent march protesting the British Salt Tax, continuing Gandhi's pleas for civil disobedience. The Salt Tax essentially made it illegal to sell or produce salt, allowing a complete British monopoly. Since salt is necessary in everyone's daily diet, everyone in India was affected. The Salt Tax made it illegal for workers to freely collect their own salt from the coasts of India, making them buy salt they couldn't really afford.

Before embarking on the 240-mile journey from Sabarmati to Dandi, Gandhi sent a letter to the Viceroy himself, forewarning their plans of civil disobedience:

If my letter makes no appeal to your heart, on the eleventh day of this month I shall proceed with such co-workers of the Ashram as I can take, to disregard the provisions of the Salt Laws. I regard this tax to be the most iniquitous of all from the poor man's standpoint. As the Independence movement is essentially for the poorest in the land, the beginning will be made with this evil.[1]

To deliver this letter, Gandhi chose an Englishman who believed in the Indian movement in efforts to promote non-violence. The Viceroy wrote back, explaining that the British would not change their policy: "[Gandhi was] contemplating a course of action which is clearly bound to involve violation of the law and danger to the public peace."

As promised, on March 12, 1930, Gandhi and 78 male satyagrahis (activists of truth and resolution) started their 23-day-long journey. Women weren't allowed to march because Gandhi felt women wouldn't provoke law enforcers like their male counterparts, making the officers react violently to non-violence. Along the march, the satyagrahis listened to Gandhi's favorite bhajan sung by Pandit Paluskar, a Hindustani vocalist; the roads were watered and softened, and fresh vegetation was thrown along the path. Gandhi spoke to each village they passed, and more and more men joined the march.

On April 5, 1930 Gandhi and his satyagrahis reached the coast. After prayers were offered, Gandhi spoke to the large crowd. He picked up a tiny lump of salt, breaking the law. Within moments, the satyagrahis followed Gandhi's passive defiance, picking up salt everywhere along the coast. A month later, Gandhi was arrested and thrown into prison, already full with fellow protestors.

The Salt March started a series of protests, closing many British shops and British mills. A march to Dharshana resulted in horrible violence. The non-violent satyagrahis did not defend themselves against the clubs of policemen, and many were killed instantly. The world embraced the satyagrahis and their non-violence, and eventually enabled India to gain their freedom from Britain.

The moral of the story is yours to contemplate.

According to an iDnes.cz report posted at 15:26, the river is flowing at a rate of 800 cubic meters per second. We're expected to move to a second-degree alert - 1,090 cubic meters/second - at around 8pm.

The river is expected to peak at around 2,300 cubic meters/second.

So far, the authorities don't see any cause to panic - Prague has greatly improved its flood defenses since 2002, and carried out a major flood-prevention exercise just last year.

There is, however, talk of evacuating the lower part of Prague Zoo, while the iDnes.cz report names Velka Chuchle, Radotin, Zbraslav, Lipence and Troja as the areas of Prague most at risk.

After the fall of Baghdad and numerous inspections of these "former" Iraqi nuclear sites, no evidence was found to validate his claim. Another Bush lie.

U.N. inspectors went into Iraq to search for weapons violations from December 2002 to March 2003. They found nothing.

I am the first to understand and admit that people make mistakes. However, when we put our faith and confidence in the President of the United States to defend our country, create jobs and see to it that laws are enforced, there should not be a shadow of a doubt, especially when engaging in warfare with sovereign nations which pose no threat.

In this case, not only was there a shadow of a doubt, there was storm cloud over the shadow.

No one except the President and his shady advisors really know why we went to war, but the truth is now painfully obvious. The justifications the President and his advisors gave were simply for the Administration's benefit.

One last fact - when deciding on a name for the mission to remove Saddam Hussein from power the war team agreed on "Operation Iraqi Liberation", but then decided to rebrand it as "Operation Iraqi Freedom". I wonder why.

It seems she's had a chin implant, cheek implants, some sort of weird eye surgery (she asked her doctor to give her eyes like a cat), too much lip collagen and a very, very, very tight face lift.

The lucky readers who opened the morning edition of the Bryan-College Station Eagle last Thursday found a large negro wiener staring back at them. No, it wasn't one of the paper's promotions (find the wiener, win a Mexican cruise), just a goof by an editor who didn't scrutinize the photo closely enough.

In the picture, Texas guard Daniel Gibson is trying to guard Texas A&M's Acie Law during their game last Wednesday - and either it was a very good fake by Law, or Gibson just doesn't believe in the tyranny of underwear. Or both.

The paper says it's an optical illusion. I'm not convinced.

Investors flee Iceland as economy heads toward a 'hard landing'

Iceland's banks were pummelled yesterday as the Nordic economy lurched into its third week of crisis, flashing an ominous early-warning signal for markets worldwide.

The krona tumbled another 3pc against the US dollar and is now down almost 18pc this year, a victim of "hot money" flight by investors scrambling for the exit doors at the same time. Reykjavik's blue-chip stock index was down 3.3pc.

The cost of insuring against a bond default by Iceland's three big banks - Kaupthing, Landesbanki, and Islandibanki - shot up another 20 basis points yesterday as investors became increasingly alarmed over their use of foreign debt to fund an equity spree. "This is a warning sign the euphoria we've seen in global markets is dissipating rapidly," said Julian Callow, an economist at Barclays Capital.

The field of photography has been plagued with the phenomenon known as the orb since the camera was invented. For no apparent reason they have appeared in pictures with the only logical explanation being that they had been caused by reflective light from sun, camera flash or dust and moisture particles present in the atmosphere under certain conditions. Only rarely did anyone perceive them to be paranormal in nature, but there was no way to either prove or disprove it.

With the advent of the digital camera, it became possible to photograph within the parameters of the infrared spectrum. In so doing, the phenomenon of the orb exploded and they began showing up on a relatively constant basis. The attention of the more adventurous photographer could now be directed toward a study of this entirely new field and possibly connecting the orb phenomenon to the paranormal.

Even today with the incredible amount of orbs being photographed, skeptics hold out that they are still the result of light refraction, photographic trickery or moisture and dust and therefore can never be authenticated. I'll post a few pictures here and let you decide for yourself.

Contemporary warfare has traditionally involved underlying conflicts regarding economics and resources. Today these intertwined conflicts also involve international currencies, and thus increased complexity. Current geopolitical tensions between the United States and Iran extend beyond the publicly stated concerns regarding Iran's nuclear intentions, and likely include a proposed Iranian "petroeuro" system for oil trade.

Similar to the Iraq war, military operations against Iran relate to the macroeconomics of 'petrodollar recycling' and the unpublicized but real challenge to U.S. dollar supremacy from the euro as an alternative oil transaction currency.

It is now obvious the invasion of Iraq had less to do with any threat from Saddam's long-gone WMD program and certainly less to do to do with fighting International terrorism than it has to do with gaining strategic control over Iraq's hydrocarbon reserves and in doing so maintain the U.S. dollar as the monopoly currency for the critical international oil market. Throughout 2004 information provided by former administration insiders revealed the Bush/Cheney administration entered into office with the intention of toppling Saddam Hussein.

Despite repeated reports over the past 18 months or so that the planned bourse would finally open for business on March 20, 2006 - and go head to head with the New York Mercantile Exchange and the ICE Futures Exchange in London - the start date has been postponed by at least several months and maybe more than a year.

"In the middle of 2006, we are able to start the bourse," Mohammad Asemipur, special adviser on the project to Iran's Oil Minister, said when reached in Tehran. The plan is to trade petrochemical products first, with a crude oil contract coming last, a rollout that likely will take three years", he said.

George W. Bush has more ties to European royalty than any other president to date, having "blue blood" from both his paternal and maternal lines. His mother, Barbara Pierce Bush, is related to European royalty through the Pierce family, which also produced the fourteenth U.S. president, Franklin Pierce (1853-1857).

Harold Brooks-Baker of London's Burke Peerage says Bush's royal connections are startling. "Bush is closely related to every European monarch both on and off the throne."

"They are cousins." Baker said when asked about the relationship between Bush and the Bulgarian prime minister, Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha, who visited the White House on Feb. 25. Gotha is the former King of Bulgaria who was returned to power after decades spent in exile.

About the apparent close relationship between Bush and the Spanish king, Juan Carlos, Baker said: "They know they are related." Asked why the media fails to report these family ties, Brooks-Baker said, "The American public does not know who these kings are. Not one person in a thousand has any idea who these people are."

There has always been a significant "royalty factor" in those who aspired to the White House, with Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Franklin and Theodore Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan, Al Gore and John Kerry among some 30 other presidents, all boasting blue blood links.

Asked if the support of the European royals for Bush's war policy could be attributed to the fact that these families are heavily invested in the leading oil companies, Brooks-Baker said, "That's an interesting question. Indeed, Royal Dutch Shell petroleum made Queen Beatrix of Holland one of the richest women in the world. She owns more land in New York and the United States than any other foreigner."

Queen Beatrix, the matriarch of the secretive Bilderberg group, like Queen Elisabeth of Britain, is not allowed to play a public role in political matters. Behind the scenes, however, these monarchs continue to exercise political influence.

Asked if he thought that kinship with the European royals was the reason for their support of Bush's war policy, Brooks-Baker said: "I don't think there is any question about it. These people are obsessed with supporting relations. It has a great deal to do with it. They all work together as one family."
